Terms of Service

The Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement made between you, whether personally, or on behalf of an entitiy ("you") and Pollitoyeye ("Vehicles", "we", "us", or "our"), concering your access to and use of the Vehicles plugin uploaded by Pollitoyeye. You agree that by purchasing and / or downloading the plugin, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of the following terms of service, you must not purchase or download the given features.

Conditions of Use and Licenses

We grant you a limited license to access the plugin and all its features. You are not allowed to modify it, or any other part of the plugin itself, without written consent by us. Unless otherwise indicated, the plugin is our proprietary property and all source code, models, and files are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. You may not modify, republish, upload, en-/decode, share, sell or distribute any part of the plugin. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to remove your access and license to Vehicles, if you are distributing and / or modifying the plugin. We reserve the right to disable all functionalities of the plugin, if it detects that another entity, including, but not limited to, you, and other third-party tools / plugins, is injecting files into the zipped jar file. Claiming this plugin as your own is strictly forbidden. You are allowed to use the plugin on multiple servers, if these solely belong to you. A valid circumstance would be as follows: "You own a Survival and Earth Server on your Network and both should utilise Vehicles.". If you do not own the server, this counts as sharing. You receive the same version as every other buyer / user. Unique and custom additions will not be offered or created at any time. Additions to the plugin will be published for everyone to use.

Only licenses purchased directly from the official SpigotMc site, will be considered valid and eligible for product support and updates. Licenses obtained from third-party sources or unauthorized vendors will not be recognized as legitimate.

Purchases

You are not allowed to purchase our content without reaching a sufficient legal age. If you have not met this legal age, the content must be purchased through a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to ask for verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian, in case of a dispute.

Disputes

In case of an error during purchase, including, but not limited to, not received licenses, and PayPal issues, please contact us first and immediately. We can speed up certain processes or discuss certain issues with you faster this way. Please keep in mind, that SpigotMc and PayPal may take up to 24 hours to register and complete your payment. If you haven't received it after 24 hours please contact us. Refunds will not be issued in any case. Please contact us, if you have any questions or concerns beforehand. Chargebacks will remove your access to the plugin immediately and forever. You may not be guaranteed another chance to purchase the plugin later, if you change your mind again.

Service and Maintenance

When the plugin is bought, the current state of the plugin is guaranteed. Further maintenance, including, but not limited to, version updates, additions of features, or bug fixes, is not guaranteed at any time. On purchase, you receive all available versions, which are listed on SpigotMc. As mentioned above, updates are not guaranteed. Outdated plugin versions might be removed without warning. Support for outdated Minecraft Versions may also be removed at any time, if we deem it to be necessary. We reserve the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: 1) Remove and add features to our liking. (Submitting a suggestion, or a bug report, does not ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ guarantee the addition or fixing of named feature.) 2) Alter the price of the plugin at any given time. (This will not affect already purchased licenses.) 3) Change the platform, on which the plugin is sold / distributed on.

Support

Support, regarding the plugin, can be received by the Vehicles Team. Please use the forum, or preferably the discord server, if you seek for assistance. More information on submitting reports or questions can be found in section "Comments and Reviews". Support, despite being free, is limited to all users who have purchased a license. Only one user per license is eligible for support on our discord server. Preferably the user who has purchased it. You must go through a verification process on our Discord in order to receive plugin support. If you have questions regarding the plugin before purchase, we will answer these regardless. The Vehicles support team reserves the right to ask for the PayPal transaction id, either as a screenshot or as plain text, in case further proof of purchase is requirednt. Attemted deception, this includes but is not limited to edited screenshots and forged transaction IDs or emails, during verification, will result in a permanent ban from the Discord and you will not be eligible for further support.

Comments and Reviews

Suggestions or bug reports which have been submitted via the comments or reviews section on SpigotMc, will not be acknowledged and ignored. You must post them on the forum or in our Discord, in order to fully submit your suggestions or reports. See "Service and Maintenance".

User Account

If you own an account with a license, you are solely responsible for all activites that occur under your account, including, but not limited to, another user using your login data to obtain the plugin. All consequences will have to be faced with your account, even if it includes the removal of your license.

TOS Updates

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason.

We may alert you about any changes by notifing the "@Wiki Updates" role on our Discord. You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued use of the Plugin after the date such revised Terms of Service are posted.
